Joseph Kerekes
Former military service member, Joseph Kerekes started working as an escort named Trent in Norfolk Virginia.
In 2001, Joseph met Harlow Cuadra in a Yahoo chat room and later in person at the Norfolk MacArthur Center mall. Joseph convinced Harlow to join him escorting and the two started the Norfolk Male Companions escorting service and romantic relationship together.
The escorting service turned into the gay pornographic studio Boy Batter. To recruit talent, the studio tried to poach Brent Corrigan who was under contact at Cobra Video.
In an effort to remove the contact, Joseph and Harlow murdered Cobra Video's owner Bryan Kocis in 2007 and set fire to his home. The couple were arrested and convicted of the murder. Both are serving life sentences without parole.
The book Cobra Killer documents Joseph's life and was turned into the film King Cobra with him portrayed by James Franco.
